At Nail Haven USA, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted press-on nails while prioritizing the health and safety of our customers. Each order is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for orders placed in error, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Requests for a different style, shape, or length

We strongly encourage customers to review product details carefully and select their size using our sizing guide prior to placing an order.

Order Errors (Our Responsibility)

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, Nail Haven USA will gladly send a replacement pair at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item received.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the affected pair. To be eligible, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
